1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Draft App developed by AL-QIYAMAH TECH ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Draft App mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Draft App is a mobile application that provides:
- Live sports scores and real-time updates for NBA, NFL, and MLB
- Trending sports news and articles
- Team information, standings, and statistics
- Personalized content based on your favorite teams
- Offline access to cached content
- Local data storage without requiring user registration
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and agreed to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use any automated systems or software to extract data from the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
- Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without express written permission
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Draft App developed by AL-QIYAMAH TECH, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Third-Party Content
Sports scores, statistics, news articles, and related content are obtained from various third-party sources and data providers. We do not claim ownership of this content and respect the intellectual property rights of content providers.
6. User-Generated Content
The App may allow you to create, store, or save personal notes, favorites, and preferences. This content is stored locally on your device and remains your property. We do not access, monitor, or have any rights to this locally stored content.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our privacy practices.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.
9. App Availability and Updates
We strive to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available or uninterrupted. We may:
- Update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time
- Restrict access to some features or the entire App without notice
- Remove the App from app stores or distribution platforms

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DRAFT APP DEVELOPED BY AL-QIYAMAH TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Draft App developed by AL-QIYAMAH TECH and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by simply uninstalling it from your device.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Draft App developed by AL-QIYAMAH TECH is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction's arbitration association.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Draft App developed by AL-QIYAMAH TECH regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements.
